Ever time I have gone I feel they are honest and fair. The most recent visit they looked at our truck and even though the reading was not good they tried other options before letting us know the engine was going to need to be replaced. Offered to get prices which we decided as north worth it for the age of the truck. Did not charge us for any of the diagnostics.
